WEISSBERG--Franklin. BAM board and staff mourn the passing of the Hon. Franklin R. Weissberg. Frank served on the board for a total of 33 years, including as chairman. His dedication and generosity will be missed. Our thoughts are with his wife, the Hon. Marylin Diamond, and his family.
