Carmella 'Millie' Sepe
Former Bloomfield resident always put her family first
Carmella "Millie" Sepe, 91, of Virginia, formerly of Bloomfield, N.J., entered into eternal life on March 10, 2020.
Born Aug. 31, 1928, in Newark, N.J., to the late Ralph Iovino and Vincenza Esposito, she lived most of her life in Bloomfield before moving to Virginia 15 years ago. She was a homemaker devoted to taking care of her family.
Millie was predeceased by her husband, Rocco (1989), and her siblings, Fay DeNicolas, Antoinette Luciano, Mary Auriemma, Gennaro, Joseph, Anthony "Tony," Carmine, and Ralph Iovino.
She was the beloved mother of Joseph Sepe and his wife Ruth, Ronald Sepe and his companion Julia Zippo, and Roxanne Williams; loving sister of Louis Iovino; cherished grandmother of Deanna, Ronald A. and Krista Sepe, Victoria and Andrew Williams; and proud and loving great-grandmother of Adam and Cooper Sepe and Christian Coates.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 15, 2020, from 3 to 7 p.m., at the Levandoski-Grillo Funeral Home, 44 Bay Ave., Bloomfield, N.J. (Valet parking assistance is available at the funeral home.)
Relatives and friends are invited to return on Monday morning for the funeral at 9 a.m. A Funeral Mass will be offered at 10:30 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church, Bloomfield. Mausoleum entombment will follow at Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Montclair, N.J.
