Dawn H. Ward made her transition on Feb. 29, 2020.
She was the beloved daughter of Sheila McGee and Errol Baptiste; loving sister of Joy Peters, Roma Brown, Eugene, Earla and Patrick Baptiste, Muriel and Ken Lewis; and dear niece of Ann Peters. She is also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.
A celebration of her life will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Whigham Funeral Home, 580 Dr. MLK Jr. Blvd., Newark, N.J., with visitation from 10:30 a.m. until time of service. Cremation to follow at Fairmount Cemetery, Newark.
