Brother DICARLO was appointed to the Department on March 11, 1973 to Engine 13 and retired on September 1, 1989 as a Sergeant at Truck 7. A viewing will take place on Saturday, December 7, 2019 at Rausch Funeral Home, 8325 Mt. Harmony La., Owings, MD from 1 to 4 p.m.
