Passed away on January 31, 2019 at Shady Grove Adventist Hospital. He was the beloved husband of the late F. Marilyn Bozeman Elisberg. He is survived by numerous family members and friends. Funeral at Arlington National Cemetery on Monday, December 9, 2019 at 10 a.m. Arrive at the Administration Building at the Cemetery no later than 9:30 a.m.
