MANDEL--Barbara. The National Council of Jewish Women mourns the passing of Barbara Mandel, our former National President. Barbara worked tirelessly with NCJW and our Cleveland section to advocate for women and families, strengthen the Jewish community and create social change. May her memory be a blessing.
