RAWLINS-FLEMING, Anne Tyler Anne Tyler Rawlins-Fleming was born on October 18, 1925, to Zenoma & Vernon Tyler in Dallas, TX. She was a graduate of Sunset High School. She married Lucian Bolton and had three children. Anne was a respected business member of the Oak Cliff community for over 50 years, she embarked on her real estate career in the 1960s, later establishing Tyler-Bolton Investments. Anne was noted to empower the community through helping generations of new homeowners obtain their dream homes. She was also a cornerstone of the Mission: Oak Cliff non-profit, helping thousands of needy families celebrate Christmas. She was preceded in death by daughter Lucianne Wayman and son Steve Bolton. She is survived by son John T. Bolton, grandchildren Lance Wayman, John Wayman, Rachel Kaufman, Justin Bolton, Steve Bolton Jr., Stacy Bolton, John Bolton Jr., Connie Sulentic, 12 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren. A Celebration of Life will be held at St. Jude Chapel - 1521 Main St. in Dallas, TX at 10:30 am on November 23, 2019.
