Barbara Ann Ruffner-Samuels, 85, of Orange, N.J., departed this life on Nov. 7, 2019. She was the beloved mother of Cheryl Lynn Ruffner and Howard Samuels. She is survived by a host of relatives and friends.
Funeral service is Wednesday, Nov. 13 at 11 a.m. at Cotton Funeral Service, 130 Main St., Orange. Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Cremation is at Rosedale Crematory, Orange.
