Miss Patricia (Trisha or Pat) former Inner London Magistrates' Clerk on 5th April aged 84 in Chiswick Nursing Centre peacefully after a short illness. Cremation private. St Mary's Parish Church, Acton W3 9NW will hold a Memorial Service on 29th April at 1.30pm when tributes will be welcomed (notice, please, to anthony.austin@waitrose.com).
