Barbara C. Phipps of Verona, N.J., peacefully passed away on July 2, 2019.
Visitation will take place Thursday, July 11, 2019, from 10 to 11 a.m. at the Woody "Home For Services," 163 Oakwood Ave., Orange, N.J., followed immediately by funeral services at 11 a.m. Interment is in Fairmount Cemetery, Newark, N.J.
Born, raised, and educated in East Orange, N.J., Mrs. Phipps was the wife of the late William "Billy" Phipps; devoted mother of Loren Phipps-Cadwell; dear sister of Vivian Dawson; beloved aunt of Donna Dawson-Luckey, and cousin of Dennis Smith. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
