Retired East Orange police officer Benjamin "Benny" Mondesir of East Orange, N.J., departed this life on July 9, 2019. He is survived by a host of beloved relatives and friends.
Visitation is Friday, July 19 at New Hope Baptist Church, 144 Norman St., East Orange from 4 to 8 p.m. The funeral service is Saturday, July 20 at 11 a.m. at the church. Visitation also will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday at the church. Interment is at Glendale Cemetery, Bloomfield, N.J. Professional Services are entrusted to Cotton Funeral Service, Orange, N.J.
